Whenever I close Word 365, even if I have not opened any file, I get a prompt 'Changes have been made that affect the global template, Normal.dotm. Do you want to save those changes?' How do I get rid of this? I have disabled all add-ins but I still get the prompt. Generally, default template is used in MS Word and that template is Normal.dot, which gets loaded when you start MS Word. Even if you don’t use the customized template, the normal.dot file will gets loaded because along with enabling you to use customized styles MS word by default provides its users with global styles.
